The next meeting of the Prairie Oaks HOA board of directors will take place at 5:00 PM Sunday April 28, 2024, at the Rowe Ridge Vineyard and Winery (11255 Leavenworth Rd, Kansas City, KS 66109).  While the official agenda for the meeting isn’t finalized it will likely include the following:

  • Standard Reports and updates
  • Setting the date for the annual garage sale
  • Discussion of landscaping option at the main entrance
  • Discussion of violations of HOA covenants
  • Work to be done in the common area
  • Open Discussion
